Revamp necklace
Got this vintage necklace at a shop at the new Clementi mall one night after class with a classmate. Class ends earlier than usual hence we grab the opportunity to have a quick tour of the mall. It looks nice from outside and inside too. The retail shops are not fully occupied hence we managed to finish the tour in about an hour's time while we hang in a few of the shops for some time... you know... when it comes to window-shopping... *sigh*
Women
This accessories shop is common according to my classmate. It has another outlet at Ang Mo Kio. However, the stock is quite a handful for a small space.
My eyes pick up this vintage necklace that has a locket which opens up to a pocket watch look-alike. Not bad, huh. Got this at S$12.90 if my memory serves me well.
Anyway, to cut the story short, I don't quite like the simple look today, so I revamped it to look like this now. Cos I intend to wear it tomorrow for my casual weekday attire. Not forgetting tomorrow is Green day in my office and it reminds me to wear green now. *Oops..
I better go pick up my green top later and hang it somewhere where I can remind myself to wear it to office.
So there it goes... my new revamped vintage necklace!! Nice?
First necklace made
My long-time friend used to check with me if I make necklace. I was always curious that why she doesn't like earrings.
One fine day, I finally found the long hidden curiosity to ask her about it. Oh, it turn out that she doesn't has earloop holes for earrings except the clip-on type.
How silly of me that thought never come across me. And I still consider myself a close sister of hers..
At the same time I also found out that she treasure every little earring gift that I gave her over the years. So touching...
Tonight, I finally have the time to complete the unfinished necklace (my first love) for her. Hope she will like it.
Hmm.. and my passion for making necklace starts burning at this second. Oh dear...another passion and hobby to take up part of my hectic life.
Forgive my poor photography skill. This is how the necklace looks like when hang by the neck.

Sad Bling2 African Violet
This is my first African Violet passdown from my ex-colleague.
The leaves are huge and the flowers are layered with shiny diamonds alike that reflects from them. It was very soothing and calming to admire them everyday the first thing I came into the office.
For the past 2 weeks I found out that the foothold of the dear Mum starts to rot. Maybe it's time to go after so many years accompanying me through good and bad times.
The best part is early this week I found a small baby sprouting from the side of the Mum. It's growing healthily so I guess the baby is going to replace its Mummy soon. How sad can it be when the feeling wash over me for awhile. No matter what the Mummy did her duty in keeping me company for years and now it's time to bid goodbye. I hope I have the power and means to save it from going away.

The pink flower season
Heaven have mercy on Japan. One after another earthquake in just a few week's time. Now is the time for sakura celebration so at least let the nation have some solace and peace.
Made this pair to reminisce how beautiful Japan once was.
Pink clay rosette with large black rondelle and smaller transparent rondelles with faux pearls. To make it prettier, there's a small pink lily to accompany the cluster of crystal.
Retail at S$30/pair.
Note: All the earrings posted in this blog is only 1 pair. No remake to maintain the uniqueness of the design but may come in other colors combination requested by the buyer.
